Here at MBL Solutions we know that a business is only as good as its staff. We expect all of our staff to be great at their jobs (and they are - see our staff mission to find out why). However, our staff so often go the extra mile and do something exceptional that we've created the MBL Solutions Excellence Award.
Every two months each member of staff (or a client) can nominate any MBL Solutions colleague for the award. The award will only go to someone who has shown extraordinary effort or achievement for one or all of:
The entire Sainsbury's team performed amazing feats to ensure that Sainsbury's sales increased by 12% year on year in Christmas 2010, but one person stood out.
Our first award winner for November to December 2010 is Kirsty Logan. Here in Cramlington the snow hit us hard, and there were very few staff that were able to make it in to the office. However this didn't faze Kirsty, who walked in for 7am each morning to do not just her own work, but that of anyone who might have been laid low by the bugs which were ravaging us. But Kirsty doesn't get her award just for being an early riser (others did too), but rather for continuing her work with a broken wrist, sustained during a nasty fall on the way to work, which went undiagnosed for a week. Despite the snow and broken bones, Kirsty didn't miss a day of work. So, for determination and dedication to client and team, she has been recognised as the first winner of the MBL Solutions Excellence Award. Congratulations Kirsty, and thanks!
