Our telephone consultants are full-time, salaried specialists. But where projects require it, we can utilise the skills of our pool of trained temporary operators.
We can handle small and large projects, from a couple of days calling to major company and product launches. Whatever your needs, you can be sure that we will work closely with you to understand your business and the needs of the project, and agree objectives and a clear plan before we commence. We will report back daily and weekly on our progress, so that you know how the project is progressing and provide an end of campaign summary report and recommendations on ways forward.
We provide exceptional value for money because we tailor our solutions to ensure return on investment for our clients. We can charge by the day worked, and typically our daily rate is £220 plus VAT, or we can tailor our approach to be paid by results. We usually make more money in the latter example! Please note that there will need to be a one-off set up and training charge which will depend upon the type of project.
What would you expect in terms of results?
Of course all campaigns vary depending upon the campaign objectives (for example it might be to contact 100 customers for feedback), the product and the customers we're calling. One of our skilled telephone consultants would typically make 120 dials per day, speak to 30 decision makers, and make 2-10 appointments. Remember that even where we are not successful in making appointments we will always capture additional marketing information and obtain opt-in's for future contact.
