  Specialist marketer with 30 years experience in senior marketing management and consultancy. Previously heading the marketing for Flymo, Electrolux and Sage Software, plus Senior Strategic Consultant at the Pepper Corporation in London. Marketing experience covers the full spectrum of marketing.  Oliver has also raised multi million £ funding for his own and other companies.
  
  Interests?  Rowing (Henley Masters 2 years running), mountains, blues and beer

Dr Steve Winfield
Operations & Technical Director

• Dr Steve Winfield | Technical and Development Director
  Highly experienced technical specialist with 30 years senior management and consultancy experience. Initial grounding with Perkin Elmer (leading manufacturer of scientific instrumentation) and My Business Ltd software. Development projects managed include web, database, telecoms and applications in various development languages.  Steve has experience in outsource management and development projects overseas.  Increasingly Steve also advises on information security issues.
  
  Interests:  DIY and brainy things.  Steve won an award at the Southampton University Cypher challenge at Bletchly Park.

Sally Wallace
Finance and Account Director

  As well as keeping the company accounts in order and gently cajoling forgetful payers Sally also account manages some of our major clients.  Sally has over 20 years experience in the Travel, Software, Retail and Leisure sectors.

Andy Welsh
Head of Design

• Andy Welsh | Head of Design
  Senior graphic designer and creative covering all areas of design and photography, Andy manages the in house and external graphic design resources. A BA hons graduate who has previously worked in marketing for ODEON Cinemas and Sony UK, Andy has also been a Getty Images contributing photographer since 2009.
  
  Interests: Andy enjoys travelling, running, watching Newcastle United and expanding his photography portfolio when he is not at work.

Katherine Brady

  Katherine is a motivated professional with over eight years marketing experience in retail. Katherine works on marketing and business development for our specialist gift card and reward division, MBL Inspired. Katherine has been involved within the full marketing mix, from planning to execution of various campaigns and was previously Brand Manager for a pharmaceutical company.
  
  Interests: Katherine is based in Hong Kong and enjoys telling us what the weather is like there.  When she is not working Katherine loves to body board!

  A Highly experienced Marketing & Development Manager.  Katie looks after our social media marketing, events and business development. When Katie is not in the office she loves sewing, baking and the gym.

Natalie Dean
Marketing and Sales Executive

• Natalie Dean | Marketing Assistant
  A first class graduate with an interest in languages and marketing, Natalie is now a Marketing Assistant after impressing during a 6 week internship at MBL Solutions. Looking after elements of our social media, marketing, research and copywriting ensures Natalie never has a dull day! 
  
  Interests:  Fluent in Spanish, Natalie is in love with Madrid and also enjoys keeping fit and socialising with friends.

James Liosi
Senior Developer

  Responsible for the development of websites as well as the development and maintenance of other web based and offline applications. James is a BSc hons graduate and has been with the company for three years. As well as software development, he is also on hand to offer any software support to colleagues and clients.
  
  Interests: In his spare time James trains at his local gym and enjoys watching his beloved Newcastle United FC.

Heather Murdoch
Retail & Internet Marketing Executive

  Managing the planning, implementation and analysis of our SEO, CRO and PPC campaigns Heather also handles a range of services spearheaded by EPoS and Gift Cards.
  
  Heather enjoys creative wrtiting, new media and travel.

Matthew Bell
IT Support

  After impressing during a short apprenticeship at MBL Solutions, Matthew is now our main point of contact for IT support. He is also responsible for the smooth running of our MyBusiness Accounting Software, a sister company of MBL.
  
  Interests: Although Matthew loves movies and socialising with friends, generally after a hard day's work tinkering with computers, Matthew loves nothing more than to go home and tinker with computers.

Carol Miller
Sainsbury's Team Leader

  Carol oversees the day to day running of the Sainbury's sales order processing centre and escalations.
  
  Interests: She loves her pets, there are photos of them all over her desk! Unusually, she likes DIY too!

  Marie is the Team Leader for our Customer Services team. She has huge experience in customer care and joined us having had a number of years working in senior positions in customer service based roles accross the region.
  
  In her free time Marie enjoys spending time with a good book or studying history, she also loves cooking, spending time with her family and her friends.

  Sam looks after the running and processing of cards for insurance claims. Sam spends her spare time with her beloved horses.

  Kirsty handles the processing and payments of B2B contracts and also liaises with customers. When not at work, Kirsty makes amazing fascinators and designs accessories.

Kimberley Logan

  Kimberley liaises with customers from placing their first order to delivery and ongoing aftercare. Outside of work Kimberley is very busy raising her two young boys and likes nothing more than getting a bit of peace with a good book.

Lindsey has over 8 years customer service experience where she has worked for such organizations as BT and the NHS at the Freeman Hospital. In her spare time Lindsey is a Avon Sales Leader and has her hands full with her pets: 3 dogs, a guinea pig and a leopard gecko.
